To start off, the fire is very nice. The color choice is very accommodating in making it blend well with the black background. The light source is appropriate in where the light from the fire hits the character, on the other hand I would suggest maybe adding a little more brighter highlights where the base of the fire is since that of the fire is where it is the most bright.

The coloring and shading style is also an interesting apporach to combine hard cell with soft cell, but the only issue is that the eyes look soft celled and make them stick out more than the character which could be fixed with a simple bur on the shades and highlights, though this is only a minor thing.

Last, but not least the overall picture has a very nice firey feeling to it ad has fine little bit of perspective to it that kid of makes it look like this is a bottom up view of the character which is pretty neat and it definitely gets across what this picture is trying to portray, a psycho pyromaniac.
